You will have a chance to meet Keith during our festival.
Recently re-located to Dublin, Keith lived in Kilkenny for 20 years where his keen interest in food saw him becoming enormously active in the food scene in one of Ireland’s gourmet capitals. He established food camps as part of the Savour Kilkenny food festival. He established Biabeag with Julie and Rod Calder Potts, of Highbank Orchards, staging multiple producer evening events and public interviews. He convened the original founders meeting of Real Bread Ireland, one of the most successful new food groupings in recent years and recognised in the Food Writers’ Guild of Ireland annual awards in 2018. Having started with six initial members, it has now grown to over 100 and Keith remains head administrator and spiritual godfather of RBI. He is a former member of Eurotoques and a former reviewer for Vegetarian Guide to Ireland and recipient of the Food Hero of the Year accolade 2017 in The Menu food column in the Irish Examiner.
